Chloe Sowell - Sales Negotiator

Falmouth born and bred; Chloe is our Trainee Negotiator. Prior to estate agency life, she used to work at an optician where she manufactured spectacles but now she’s pursuing her dream to work in property. When she’s not at work, she enjoys cheerleading at Duchy Dance, going to the gym, attending music events and festivals, spending time with her partner and meeting with friends for drinks and good food. And speaking of good food, Chloe is our resident baker and Queen of Cakes at Heather & Lay HQ! Other things she loves include her beautiful cats Kelpie, Delphie and Rosie, and she also has a soft spot for country music, yee-haw! She is really finding her passion for estate agency and loving her role as a Sales Negotiator. Her motto? "Everything is best sold with a smile!”
