We work with the usual channels – Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location, social media, email marketing, advertising and our central office window to showcase your property but we also have a dedicated sales team, on the phone and sending out exclusive video tours and property sneak previews to potential buyers. Rest assured; we will be marketing your property before it officially goes to market. We consider our marketing an ongoing evolution, something we are working on every day. We promise not to simply put a sign up and forget about you.
We believe in relationship marketing. Creating an initial buzz before you officially launch to market, then creating a launch campaign but also focusing on long-tail – maintaining the momentum in our marketing efforts and coming up with innovative ways to make your property the talk of the town. Not that most of our properties make it to long-tail status as we have such an active pool of customers awaiting a property – perhaps exactly like the one you’re selling.
