The stages of selling your home with us.

The experience of selling with Heather & Lay starts with a conversation. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a convenient time to come and view your house. We’ll take time to go over the details, give you an estimated price, talk you through the market conditions and our approach to promoting your property.
2.
Once we’ve sorted the paperwork, we’ll write up the details and take photography and a video tour (for virtual viewings). Here we also arrange your floorplans, optional sale board and EPC.
3.
Pre-sale promotion – to commence the pre-sale promotion we begin having conversations with our database and lining up anyone we know looking for a property in your area.
4.
We go live on the system and your property is now advertised and promoted publicly. We will put you in a prominent position in our window, email your property out, post it to our social media accounts and upload it to the primary property platforms, Rightmove and Zoopla.
5.
Viewings commence – we arrange and conduct viewings on your behalf. We get to know your property so we can answer questions as/when they arise with authority.
6.
Negotiation – we collate offers and commence negotiation, discussing with you what offers you have received and your response
7.
You sell the house – hooray! Now we move into the nurture phase. You are introduced to our Sales Progressor, communication is regular throughout the chain.
8.
Hand in the keys, you’ve sold your house (and hopefully you’re popping in to collect your keys for the perfect home that we’ve sold you too)
