Charlie Ellse - Trainee Negotiator

Trainee, Instructing Negotiator Charlie, is our newest recruit but is already fitting in brilliantly with the team and learning the ropes. A keen sailor, Charlie used to work on superyachts and has spent time sailing off the English coast and Mediterranean on professionally run racing yachts. With his degree in business and his keen eye for numbers, Charlie is a real asset at Heather & Lay. Outside of work his hobbies include, sailing, wakeboarding, playing squash, going skiing and spending time with his adorable Cocker Spaniels, Lugo and Florence. He also has a passion for old cars and has recently restored a vintage Land Rover, doing all the work himself – he’s clearly a man of many talents!
