THE PROPERTY This really is a lovely property! A detached bungalow sitting in its own grounds of half an acre. The rear garden is a blank canvas with an expanse of manicured lawn and sunken stone circle, huge patio that can be accessed via the living room and bedroom giving very pleasing views over the green and lush farmland that boarders the property.
There is parking for at least ten cars or large boat, caravan or trailer.
To the side of the property is a large garage plus workshop, shed and dog kennels.
Inside the bungalow is very bright and flows nicely, the main living area is open-plan with an almost 40ft sociable sitting/dining room which opens to the kitchen at one end and large, twin, bi-fold doors out to the patio and rear garden. The four bedrooms are all doubles, and the condition of the property can only be described as a "move-in condition" there are always changes a buyer would make to any property (especially to personalise it) but here I'm not sure much could be done to improve what is already a very nice family home.


THE LOCATION Penvu is ideally situated on the edge of the hamlet of Treverva and is positioned to take full advantage of natural valley views. Treverva is a rural hamlet set in unspoilt Cornish countryside, where Falmouth town and the seaside is readily accessible just three miles away, and Mawnan Smith village and the beautiful Helford River three and six miles respectively.
