In order to adhere to the current government guidelines our office is now closed, and all staff are working remotely.
Unfortunately, we are unable to set up a divert on our phone system due to a technical issue and engineers are now unable to conduct a visit. With this in mind, we please ask you to send any queries or questions you may have to firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course, you can still email your property manager direct if you wish. Please be assured that emails will be dealt with during office hours and all staff are available to talk to but they will need to call you back as required.
Please do not leave an answer phone message as we are unable to pick these up remotely.
Please also be reminded that we cannot accept any maintenance by phone or email, all maintenance must be reported via FixFlo at www.heatherlay.fixflo.com. If urgent, this will direct you to our out of hours emergency phone number. Please be reminded that we cannot currently instruct contractors for any ‘non-essential’ maintenance and we will only be handling urgent matters at this time. We understand at these difficult times tenants and landlords will have concerns, please be assured that we are here to support you and we thank you for your cooperation. Please protect our NHS, stay home, and stay safe.
