At the moment we have one major developement opportunity ongoing, the Old Ambulance Building in Falmouth. Situated at the top of Quarry Hill and overlooking both Falmouth Town and the harbour and docks, the proposal for the Old Ambulance Development is to demolish the existing building and create 10 apartments of varying sizes. The apartments from the first floor upwards will have superb views over Falmouth encompassing the harbour and the docks and beyond to the Carrick Roads.

Situated in an elevated position adjacent to the entrance of the Quarry Hill car park, the Old Ambulance Building has been the subject of detailed discussions with the local council to demolish the existing building and create 10 apartments of varying sizes. The elevation would provide excellent views from the first floor upwards and we would expect the design to appeal to the first time buyer and second home owners. The design has been considered in the current market which we feel is appropriate for the location and current market conditions. This site does not currently benefit from planning consent although detailed discussions have taken place with Carrick District Council.
