Heather and Lay have been actively involved with virtually all the New Developments in the Falmouth area for nearly a quarter of a century.
From the Packet Quays in the 1980s through to Castle Bay and Gyllngdune in 2011, there are very few developments in the area that we have not successfully sold. Our development showcase is a testament to our successful involvement in previous schemes and stands before us.
For developers we can help with all aspects of residential development, from the essential question of appropriateness through the process of design critique, residual valuation, appraisal and sales forecasting.
